Where are you based and where do you plan events?
We are based in Madrid, Spain, but we plan events throughout Spain and internationally. We have extensive experience organizing events in Barcelona, Mallorca, Marbella, Seville, Valencia, and other stunning Spanish locations, as well as destination events worldwide.
Do you only plan weddings?
No, we plan all types of events. While we have extensive experience with weddings, we also specialize in corporate events, engagement parties, anniversaries, birthdays, galas, and special celebrations of all kinds. Every event receives the same level of dedication and attention to detail.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking 12–18 months in advance for major events such as weddings, especially for high season (May–October in Spain). For other events, we can often accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability and event complexity.

Contract and booking – Once the scope of work is agreed upon, we prepare a contract and request a retainer to secure your date
We start working immediately – As soon as the retainer is received, we begin planning your event, including venue selection, vendor coordination, design concept creation, timeline development, and all necessary preparations
Ongoing communication – We keep you informed throughout the process with regular updates
Event execution – We coordinate everything on the event day to ensure everything runs smoothly
Do I need to speak Spanish to plan an event in Spain?
Not at all. We are fluent in several languages and handle all communication with Spanish vendors, venues, and suppliers on your behalf. We ensure everything runs smoothly regardless of language barriers.

Absolutely. We work with a range of budgets and are committed to creating exceptional events. For weddings, budgets typically start from €1,000 per guest. For other events, we offer package-based services with flexible options. Our planning fee is 10% of the total event budget. What if I already have some vendors booked?

Do you charge travel expenses?
For events in Madrid, there are no additional travel costs. For events elsewhere in Spain or internationally, travel and accommodation costs are discussed during the planning phase and included transparently in your budget.
What is your payment structure?
We typically require a retainer to secure your date, with the remaining balance paid in installments throughout the planning process. Specific payment terms are outlined in your contract.
Can you help us find a venue?
Yes. Venue selection is one of our core services. We have relationships with exceptional venues throughout Spain and can recommend options that suit your style, guest count, and budget. We also coordinate site visits and negotiations.
Do you have preferred vendors?
We have a curated network of trusted vendors, including florists, caterers, photographers, musicians, and more. However, we are also happy to work with vendors of your choice or help you discover new options.
What happens if a vendor cancels?
Although rare, if a vendor cancellation occurs, we have backup options and strong relationships to quickly find suitable replacements. This is one of the key benefits of working with an experienced planner.
What does day-of coordination include?
Day-of coordination ensures your event runs smoothly. We manage the timeline, coordinate all vendors, handle any issues that arise, oversee setup and breakdown, and ensure you can relax and enjoy your celebration without worry.
Will you be present throughout the entire event?
Yes. For full planning and day-of coordination packages, we are present from setup through the end of your event to ensure everything runs perfectly.
What if something goes wrong on the event day?
Our experience means we are prepared for any situation. We handle issues quickly and discreetly so you can enjoy your event stress-free. Most issues are resolved before you even know they existed.
Do you help with legal requirements for getting married in Spain?
For international clients, we recommend organizing a symbolic ceremony in Spain. The legal marriage process in Spain can be complex and time-consuming for foreign citizens, involving extensive paperwork and legal requirements. A symbolic ceremony allows you to celebrate your special day in Spain in a beautiful and meaningful way, while completing the legal registration of your marriage in your home country, where the process is simpler. What about permits for outdoor events?

Can I see photos from previous events?
Yes. We have a portfolio of past events on our website and social media. Client privacy is very important to us, so we only share images with appropriate consent.
Will photos from my event be shared publicly?
We request permission before sharing any photos from your event. If you prefer complete privacy, we fully respect this and will not share any images without your explicit consent.
Can I request that certain guests are not photographed?
Absolutely. We work closely with photographers to ensure all privacy requests are respected.
